I’ve found that Indian (Vedic or Jyotish) astrological readings can be a useful aid to understanding obstructions and to take advantage of periods most conducive to meditation practice and development.
Jyotish can be very revealing and accurate if you have precise birthdate, time and location. Many hospital birth certificates have the time of birth.
